Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping at hikon.shop. We want your furry friends to be happy with their new Pet Stairs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Pet Stairs are in their original packaging.
  • The item is unused, clean (free of pet hair/dander), and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. All transactions are processed in USD.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@hikon.shop with photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning the pet stairs because they are not the right size for your pet or you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Our Error: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product), we will cover all return shipping costs.
